An authentic taste of the Old Country. My focaccia is created with lievito madre, giving it a true authentic Italian flavor with a soft, milky crumb that's airy and soft like a cloud. Available in plain (sea salt topping), rosemary, roasted tomatoes, or rosemary and tomatoes. This is perfect by itself, as sandwich bread, or sliced in half and covered with Nutella spread! This is my most requested bread from family and friends, and it just might be your favorite too!
