Ciabatta Rolls (6)

Another traditional Italian favorite.  These rolls are made with lievito madre, resulting in a milky crumb that's light and airy.  Whether making Italian sandwiches with prosciutto, mortadella, cappacuolo, or just mozzarella and tomato, these rolls are the perfect accompaniment.  My family asks me for sandwiches made with these rolls at least once per week.  But a package of 6 won't last that long, I promise!
